I think this has great potential. The island in the kitchen seems a little 'off flow' and awkward. The house is really sweet!

Love the hardwood floors in the living room... a red flag though is that there are no pics of the master bath. That may mean that renovation is needed, and believe me, the last thing you want to do is have to renovate a bathroom while living in the house. BELIEVE ME. IT SUCKS.
Other than that, cute house :)
