Things I like: built-ins in the living room, backyard (with swing!), bathroom fixtures.
Things I'm not crazy about: kitchen cabinets/appliances, carpet everywhere.

I would buy the house just for the backyard and porch. =) But I really like the built in bookshelves and the shower and bath!
Love the backyard on this one!
You dont realize how important having a great backyard is until you have kids!! Our backyard is terrible (not fenced and a big hill) so I definitely like this one!
