Long story short, we put down an offer on this house last night, and the seller accepted it today! There were SIX other offers RIGHT after ours, but we were the first so we made the deal! It is PERFECT for us, and we're thrilled!I'll tell y'all the whole story as soon as I can stop shaking from excitement!!!!!!!!!!!!!
