first meeting.

We're meeting with a realtor tomorrow. Eek!

Now, this is by NO means an indication that we're ready to seriously start looking yet. We've still only saved up a little over 1/2 of what we'd need for a 10-15% down payment. However, we wanted to talk to a professional and see if we're on the right track when it comes to our expectations and how we're saving. Just to make sure we're aiming for the right goal. And it couldn't hurt to tell her what we're looking for so she can keep a look out in the future.

She (the realtor) was given rave reviews by a couple of our friends, so we're really excited to talk with her!
