Where does Ryan work? I live in Aubrey which is right behind Little Elm and I drive to Plano. It is only about 20-25 min. Not bad at all! Good house deals out there!
This isn't my fav one you have ever posted. I have no reason why, which I am sure isn't a good thing, but just an instinct.
Ya no pics of the master or other bedrooms. Seems to me like they aren't in a hurry to sell their home. The great thing about having a small tree is that you get to watch it grow . I like the kitchen a lot and agree about preferring separate rooms in the send pic. Thanks for putting a new house up!!
