today's find on ebby.com

Here's what I found:
3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage, 1689 square feet (small, oh well), but it's the PERFECT price for us.
WOW!! This single story home is a real "Beauty" with fabulous five inch hardwood floors in the formal dining, family room, & hallway. The kitchen & breakfast area have tile floors, granite counters, stainless appliances, gas cook-top, tile backsplash, walk-in pantry, and is open to the family room that features a pretty fireplace with gas logs. The master suite offers a jet tub, dual vanities, separate shower, & a great walk-in closet. Large back yard with an extended stamped concrete patio & fire-pit.

Very cute. Be sure to be open to a forclosure. I know the process is tedious and can be scary but very worth it. What my husband and I can afford and what we got for our money was a huge difference. Hopefully you can buy soon while the market is still good for someone like you who doesn't have to sell a house and stuff.

I like the house a lot. The kitchen looks like it might be a little small but the length probably makes up for it, it does look like there is lots of counter space. There also seems to be a lot of grass you better get Ryan a good lawnmower.

Pretty cool- where is it? I think the front will need some more pop. What about #2 bathroom?
