ReplyDelete(you probably already know this) I don't know how close you are, but if you close on a home before November of this year you can claim an $8,000 tax credit on next years taxes. (This is different than the 7,500$ incentive for 2008...because the 2009 one you do not have to pay back.) So, that's something to think about!
