today's find on ebby.com

Okay here's a new one since Jeff was so polite :) It's a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage and 2493 square feet... PERFECT! The only downer is that it's in Little Elm which would be a drive for both of us to get to work. Bummer. But I like a lot about this house, so it's good for inspiration.

I just wish there were more pictures than this!
Curb appeal likes:

Dislikes:
front-entry garage (ryan likes this but i don't. it will be a battle.)






Living/Entry likes:
wood floors...woo hoo!
paint color
lots of windows

Dislikes:
would rather have separate rooms for these instead of combination







Dining room likes:
ceilings and exposed beams!

enough size for table & cabinet
wood floors

Dislikes:
a little cramped







Kitchen likes:
granite
matching appliances
counter space
lots of cabinets
window
island
tile backsplash

Dislikes:
not much!
(might restain cabinets later)



Breakfast nook likes:
windows
attached to kitchen
door to backyard?
tile floors

Dislikes:
not much.. just a little bland







Master bath likes:
separate vanities
separate shower & tub
wall color
tall ceilings
tile floors
windows

Dislikes:
where are pictures of the master bedroom, the other 3 bedrooms, bathrooms and living room?! GRRRR.

    Where does Ryan work? I live in Aubrey which is right behind Little Elm and I drive to Plano. It is only about 20-25 min. Not bad at all! Good house deals out there!

    This isn't my fav one you have ever posted. I have no reason why, which I am sure isn't a good thing, but just an instinct.

    Ya no pics of the master or other bedrooms. Seems to me like they aren't in a hurry to sell their home. The great thing about having a small tree is that you get to watch it grow . I like the kitchen a lot and agree about preferring separate rooms in the send pic. Thanks for putting a new house up!!
