color splash: yellow

Lately I've really been into the color yellow...and I almost wish we could get married again just so we could have yellow accents like this!


















I also think yellow is such a warm color for homes, especially kitchens! Its just so inviting and happy I think. Here are some yellow room inspirations.

Doesn't it just make you so happy?! Love it. Wonder what the hubs would say about that... :)

    This is a great idea! I confess that I dream of decorating my nest sometime in the future- but definitely not in the next three years. I can't wait to keep up with this blog.

    Our guest room in our house is a sunny yellow, and it's my favorite room. We have green sheets and pillows on the bed with a white comforter, and framed photos of really green leaves. The room is just so bright and welcoming. I always go in there when I need a little "me" time. :)
